Summary: I liked how clean the rooms were, i really disliked the "manager" of the Bistro! She was ridiculously rude and a blatant liar, the bistro was supposed to be open from 5-10, 5:45 was the time my wife an i arrived to have dinner and a beverage, we sat in the dark for 5 min before she came out of the office and told us she would not be able to open at all because she had an emergency, its very apparent that she just didnt want to work, due to the fact that there was no attempt to even open up, i will never be back to this hotel, its so very unprofessional to be so confrontational and rude, but im glad she such a self entitled attitude, it gave my wife and i a fantastic experience across the street at Oskar Blues. We were actually invited in with a smile and made some new friends!
